My Truth Monday: Fitness

So this week Denise wanted to focus on fitness.  Read my little truth to see how I feel about fitness.  I love working out and I love feeling fit, but we all have to remember not to focus on the number on the scale, but instead how we feel!  That's what fitness is all about!

  1. I am often amazed at workouts and at yoga how size has nothing to do with strength or flexibility. We all are different with our own strengths and weaknesses.
